The work considers the activity of LLP "Oral Terminal" i. The purpose of work is to increase the efficiency of the logistics system, or rather the company's infrastructure, using theoretical knowledge obtained from the analysis of available sources, as part of the transformation of the direction of the organization. The main elements to which the developed measures are directed are the process of unloading goods, the process of using the useful area of ​​the warehouse and the process of goods shipping. The work contains 3 chapters. In the first chapter, the company's activities, its financial and competitive position and logistics system are reviewed, where the main problems of the company are revealed. The second chapter analyzes the main literary sources and selects the most appropriate approaches to solving the problem. The third chapter describes the measures designed to improve the efficiency of the company's logistics infrastructure. The paper suggests the following measures for implementation: increasing the percentage of useful use of the warehouse, accelerating the process of unloading and shipment of goods and reorganizing the organizational structure. In conclusion, the analysis of the economic effectiveness of the proposed solutions was carried out.
