Improvement of the Recruitment Process in the Company "Heineken"

In recent years, attention to human resources as a determining factor for the effective development of companies and enterprises has increased significantly. Qualitative and comprehensive assessment of personnel is one of the most important tools in the personnel management system. A variety of companies and different business areas give rise to a wide range of opinions on how to effectively and successfully conduct an assessment among staff and external candidates, in connection with which structuring of existing methods and development of new ones is a major issue in the field of optimization of human resources. There is a need to take into account the specifics of the organization for the most effective resolution of this issue. This research provides an overview of the existing assessment process, an analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, recommendations and tools for improving the assessment process. The results of research can be used by HR-managers in different companies.
