In the course of the work, the scoring system was chosen, the validity framework was established, and the psychometric analysis of the data was carried out. The validity framework of the study consists of model criticism (factor structure and prediction accuracy) and the analysis of the quality of the observable outcome variables. The analysis was conducted on a sample of 511 4th-graders (9-11 years old). The findings demonstrate the psychometric properties of the instrument and allow to make recommendations for improving the quality of the instrument. As a result, the empirical confirmations of conceptual framework for creativity and critical thinking were received, features of functioning of observable outcome variables were considered and the suggestions for further revision of the scenarios were made.
