Contract Price Determinants in Public Procurement

The present research is intended to cover a wide range of problems of public procurement in the oil products market of Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow regions and identify of the main determinants that form the price in this sector. The general purpose of this project is to investigate the most essential determinants of the state order price by the collecting data and conducting an econometric analysis. The main sources which the study was based on are Federal Law No. 44 and the Official Website of the Unified Information System in the Procurement Sector.
