Improvement of the Logistics Service Quality of the Russian Post in the Segment of Shipments with Postal Inclusions Containing Ordered Goods

The growth of the e-Commerce market in Russia has led to increased competition in the segment of shipments with commodity investments. In connection with this change, the company "Post of Russia" needs to improve its logistics service to compete with other logistics operators. The relevance of this work can be explained by the rapid development of the Internet trade market in Russia, the increase in the volume of orders of goods from international representatives of online trade and high competition among logistics operators in this market. Thus, it becomes obvious the importance and necessity of improving the quality of logistics service, the development of indicators and mechanisms for its evaluation, the formation of an approach to the management of the quality of logistics service and the development of measures for its improvement in the company. The purpose of this final qualifying work is to develop methods for improving logistics service on the example of the functioning of the post office and postmen of the company "Post of Russia". To achieve this goal, you need to perform a number of tasks: 1) to analyze the economic activities of the company "Russian Post", to analyze its logistics activities and to identify the problems of the company, in particular in the field of logistics. 2) to carry out a critical analysis of the literature on the approaches to the management of logistics services and indicators of evaluation of logistics services. 3) to Form a list of necessary measures to improve the logistics service in the company. 4)To make economic feasibility of the proposed activities. One of the possible ways to improve the logistics service in the company is to build the optimal time routes for postmen and zoning of post offices.
