Reorganization of the Commercial Company Warehouse Network

The present paper describes a proposed study that will examine approaches and methods for the formation and reorganization of the warehouse network of a trading company, considering the peculiarities of wholesale and retail trade of shoes and bags in the Russian Federation. The main goal of the project is to develop is to develop an approach that will allow to adapt standard methods to a particular industry. The research relies mainly on quantitative methods such as the Erlenkotter approach, the center of gravity method, the Weber method, the analyze total cost of ownership and the analytical hierarchy process. However, it also uses qualitative methods such as analysis of the company's financial statements, market analysis and analysis of the competitions.
