Decentralized Application for Leaze/Rent Lodging Based on Blockchain

Blockchain technology provides non-anonymous transactions within a network between wallets. Also, data provided from blockchain is secure and transparent. Blockchain is an implementation in the current model of P2P services will reduce costs and improve data reliability and security. The purpose of the project is to implement an application for lease/rent lodgings for short-term real estate leasing. The application is based on blockchain technology. The server part of the application is designed to interact with the blockchain and the database. The server part was implemented on Node.js platform. The client application was implemented for Android OS. Ethereum test network – Ropsten was used as core of blockchain. This paper also considers approaches and tools for development of decentralized applications based on blockchain technology. The existing solutions and methods of decentralized applications development are examined. The paper contains 34 pages, 3 chapters, 19 illustrations, 2 tables, 10 schemes, 13 bibliography items, 4 appendices.
