Improvement of the Stock Management System for Fast Aging Goods

Inventory management of fast-aging goods is an important part of the policy of the company's current assets. The main goal is to ensure uninterrupted operation and sales of products and at the same time to minimize the total costs that go to stock maintenance. The policy of inventory management ensures the establishment of a rational volume of stocks with the provision of funds for storage in the performance of high-quality performance of work and the smooth operation of the enterprise. As a result, the correct implemented inventory management policy should increase the profitability and speed of circulation of the invested financial resources. The final qualification work is devoted to the improvement of the inventory management system for fast-aging goods by the example of Kazan Real Estate LLC. The paper reveals the problems of the management system for rapidly aging stocks, as well as remote measures to improve the management of rapidly aging stocks and a forecast for commodity turnover.
