Improvement of Logistics Activity in the field of Inventory Management by the example of Pharmaceutical Retail

In this scientific work, the activity of a major player in the pharmaceutical market was considered. The main purpose of this work is to develop guidelines that will help to improve the logistics activities of the company. In the work, an algorithm for improving the logistics activities in the field of inventory management was developed and the effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed solutions was evaluated.
