Public Administration
(Bachelor’s programme)
2018
In this paper, the factors of choice of work in the public service by religious students are considered. The work has the following parts: introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The first Chapter provides a review of the literature on the motives for working in the civil service. The second Chapter is devoted to research on the relationship of religion and motivation to enter the public service (Public service Motivation). This Chapter also describes religion as a subject of scientific study. The third Chapter includes a practical part-a study on the materials of the survey and interviews. The survey was conducted among students, applicants and graduates of the Department of MPA, and interviews directly among the religious representatives of the Department. The study illustrates the connection between religious motives and the desire to work in the civil service, which is not recognized subjectively.
