Does religion make people more moral? Major of recent studies claims, that people still link faith and moral judgment. Undoubtedly moral judgments are influenced by religious ideologies. In this research we propose that, not the faith affiliation predict moral judgment, but the type of religious identity. Specifically, we take as a base David M. Bell religious identity types: religious identity diffusion (RID), religious identity foreclosure (RIF), religious identity moratorium (RIM) and religious identity integration (RII) and Joshua Greene Moral dilemmas, which determined stile of moral processing. Rule-based style of moral processing involves solving moral problems through quick and unequivocal application of previously established moral codes, consequentialist moral processing examines each moral situation individually and considers which action leads to the best consequences. Our findings prove that connection between Religious identity type and moral judgment exist. These research reflect and expand previous insights into works about connection between religion and morality and offering new studies in this field. Keywords: religious identity, moral judgment, faith
