One of the important factors for increasing the competitiveness of the company and the efficiency of logistics activities in times of crisis is the efficiency of the transportation process as a way of reducing costs. Against the backdrop of increased competition and increased uncertainty in the grocery store market, the role of transportation, ensuring customer satisfaction, is growing even more. The emergence of 3Pl providing logistical services to their customers allowed the companies to focus on developing their own business by outsourcing those functions that do not require close attention or significant investment. The correct choice of a logistics provider allows you to significantly reduce the cost of transportation, while not to disregard such an indicator as the quality of the services provided

Problem statement. The purpose of this Graduation Qualification Work is to reduce the cost of performing the operational logistics activities of the trading company LLC "Lyuberetskiye Torgoviye Ryady" in the process of outsourcing the transportation process.

In order to achieve the above goal, the following tasks will be performed:

• Collection and analysis of information on the company's activities to identify problems related to its operational logistics activities

• Analysis of the theoretical basis for improving the transportation process
