Improvement Management of Material Flow (in the Case of a Manufacturing Company)

During the graduation and qualification work the analysis of the main activity of the enterprise of the company "ZiT" was carried out, the main development prospects and shortcomings were identified. In the second chapter of the work, the theoretical foundations of the JIT concept as well as the Kanban pulling system for possible application and improvement of material flow management at the enterprise of the company "ZiT" were considered.  In the third chapter of the work, an analysis was made of the management of material flows in the production of the enterprise of the company "Zit" for the possibility of applying the concept of JIT, and further measures were designed to reorganize the management of material flows in the production of the company "ZiT". In the conclusion of the work, the main conclusions and results of the work were described.
