Development of a Method for Automatic Selection of Texts for Learning a Foreign Language

The aim of this paper is development a method of automatic selection of foreign texts and software for demonstration, as well as testing the method on real users. The explanatory note examines the issue of language learning from text materials, analyzes different criteria for the selection of texts, develops a language model, describes in detail the structure of the developed system and the internal software implementation of the main components. As a result of the work, the analysis of feedback from real users is provided. The developed method can be used for implementation in new or existing online learning services and provided to users of any age. The method will also be useful for implementation in educational institutions, which will simplify the process of selection of literature, make it more effective and remove part of the burden from teachers.
