The purpose of the thesis is to assess the level of organization and planning of the procurement activities of the enterprise and develop proposals for its improvement. The following tasks were solved: the theoretical aspects concerning the organization and planning of procurement activities at the enterprise were studied; an analysis of the activity of the food processing plant of JSC "ACCOND"; developed and justified proposals to improve the procurement activities of JSC "ACCOND". Based on the model of strategic profit, the economic feasibility of the proposed changes was proved. The analysis of the procurement system of the company AK ACCOND made it possible to develop recommendations on the improvement of relevant business processes and the introduction of automation control elements.
