The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations for the reorganization of the logistics system of public catering enterprises in the implementation of the strategy of concentrated growth. The first chapter of the work is devoted to the analysis of the economic activity of the public catering enterprise "the.TRUMP", the Russian market of public catering and its development tendencies are considered. In the second chapter, theoretical aspects of the reorganization of the logistics system were considered in detail. In the third chapter, a set of proposals was developed for the reorganization of the logistical system of public catering enterprises and the improvement of material flow planning. The final stage of this work was the evaluation of the economic effectiveness of the developed proposals.
