Improving Material Management Flows on the Example of a Manufacturing Company

The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for improving the management of material flow in order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The practical importance of the study is determined by the applied nature of the provisions, conclusions and recommendations, which provide for the use of the results obtained in order to improve the logistical processes in the enterprise. The most important directions in the strategy for improving the management of material flows of Depo Computers should be 1. Establishment of a logistics department 2. Introduction of the information system on the basis of the analytical management program for the improvement of the material management system. 3. Implementation of a system for assessing the effectiveness of the carrier by several criteria using a three-point scale.
