The object of the research is the business process of fulfilling the client's order in the company "FREIGHT LINK" JSC and the subject - methods and possible ways of improving the business processes of the logistics operator to improve the level of logistics services and optimize costs. The goal of the final qualification work is to improve the business processes of the company "FREIGHT LINK" JSC.
