Improvement of Business Processes of Logistics Operator in Case AO FREIGHT LINK

In today's world, where goods are produced in global production systems and sold on world markets, supply chains become the main factor of competitive advantage. Indeed, the main problem of global At the moment, companies that provide logistics services pay close attention to service, as improving the quality of services, services and speed of response to customer requests ultimately provides the company with a better position in the market and brings higher profits. The research problem underlying this work is the need to find sustainable competitive advantages for a transport logistic company in order to retain its market positions. The relevance of this work can be explained by the size of the market, the degree of competition on it, as well as the speed of development of this market and the leading position of transport and logistics companies, as the main intermediaries on it, and also in the modern logistic system as a whole. The object of the research is the business process of fulfilling the client's order in the company "FREIGHT LINK" JSC and the subject - methods and possible ways of improving the business processes of the logistics operator to improve the level of logistics services and optimize costs. The goal of the final qualification work is to improve the business processes of the company "FREIGHT LINK" JSC. The final result of the final qualifying work was improvement of the business processes of the company JSC "Freight LINK", increasing the level of logistics services. The effectiveness of the measures to optimize the key business processes of the JSC "FREIGHT LINK" was made using a model of strategic profit, which also confirmed the possible economic benefits from the implementation of the proposed activities.
