Service Optimization in Queuing Systems with Different Types of Applications

Queuing theory is one of the most important branches of probability theory. This paper is devoted to describing one way of optimization the service processes in queuing systems with different types of applications. In this work, I apply divers research methods to achieve the result. The main method that is used is the mathematical modeling of an abstract queuing system. Besides, based on all obtained data specific values of different criteria, which describes architecture of the system, are received.
