Improvement of the Efficiency of the Compamy Based on House of Quality

This final qualifying work is devoted to the formulation of recommendations for improving the strategic efficiency of the company Specialized Bicycle Components, which is one of the leaders in Bicycle sales worldwide. However, in Russia, this company needs to become a larger player in the market, and now, business leaders, due to increased competition are forced to constantly look for new tools to manage the enterprise. Thus, the paper proposes to use the methodology of Quality Function Deployment, as it allows to improve the system of market entry and further promotion by analyzing the needs of the consumer. The theoretical part of the work is the consideration of the theoretical aspects of the methodology, as well as the definition of the key tools of the House of Quality model - the key to the methodology for the further application of the obtained information in the practical part of the work. The practical part of the work includes conducting qualitative and quantitative research to determine the needs of consumers, the formation of matrices provided by the methodology, as well as the formation of conclusions and recommendations based on the data. Student's own individual contribution is to determine the key factors affecting the strategic effectiveness of the company Specialized Bicycle Components and the formation of a plan for the further use of the methodology by the company.
