The basis of this work was formed by the concept of Business Performance Management (BPM) – management of efficiency of business, an administrative technique of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) - the system of the balanced indicators and also creation of a control system of efficiency of business, on the basis of introduction of the integrated IT solution, information systems combining functionality of management at the strategic and operational level.

In chapter 1 the market of forwarding services, economic and logistic activity of the company is analysed, PEST and SWOT analysis is carried out, the main business processes are constructed and described, the tasks for a further research with the practical decision are set.

In chapter 2 references of the leading analysts and experts in the field of management of efficiency of business are investigated, the essence of the concept of BPM is disclosed, BSC as an administrative technique for GFK Logistics is chosen and also the solution integrated by IT, on the basis of the comparative analysis of information systems, proceeding from features of activity of the company and functional requirements of a control system of efficiency of business is proposed.

In a chapter 3 the option of formation and use of BPM system, by means of the developed system of the balanced indicators operated in the information system Business Studio with interactive display of strategic maps, digitization and analytics of the key indicators interconnected with current by the adjusted and optimized business processes in an analytical and executive information system is displayed and also the economic efficiency of the decision on the basis of model of strategic profit is reflected.
