Although interest in the entrepreneurial intent of the population is increasing, at the moment they are not sufficiently studied. To achieve the goal, the respondents analyzed entrepreneurial intentions both without taking into account and taking into account the type of motivation. Having studied foreign and domestic experience of researching entrepreneurial intentions and their factors, a correlation and regression analysis of variables was carried out using the Global Business Monitoring research database for 2014. This research studies the relationship between sex, age, education, income, fear of failure, abilities and knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, the circle of communication of the respondent with his entrepreneurial intentions. The macro-level factors like GDP per capita, income tax, and unemployment in the country are investigated. The obtained results confirmed the formulated hypotheses about the importance of the factors listed above in the formation of entrepreneurial intentions of the respondent.
