The relevance of research into the implementation of innovations in public administration, in modern times, the state management of the reform process, an aspect analysis of reforms, that the difficulties of introducing innovations are mainly organizational in nature. At the same time, the management of public administration is increasingly involved in its activities, information technology, the main purpose of which is to improve the effectiveness of the management system. The work of e-government allows to optimize state resources, to implement in practice the control of government. On the basis of the e-government platform, any citizen can interact with public authorities, as well as receive a report on most state structures.

Activities to expand the scope of e-government and access to state and state structures, as well as inter-agency relations (between state bodies) to a fundamentally new level.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
