The implementation of the process of planning sales and operations is not a popular subject of research and little described in scientific sources. However, a growing number of companies are interested in and implement certain elements of the S & OP strategy, and many of the largest companies have already implemented this strategy in their enterprises. There are descriptions of practices for applying this strategy, but each such description is unique and applicable only to the individual company in which it was implemented. This work will describe the process of implementing sales and operations planning for a commercial production enterprise with large own production capacity and a wide distribution network located throughout Belarus, Russia and Latvia.
