Scenario Planning as a Method of Developing Region Strategy

In the final qualification work, scenario planning is considered as a method of developing a regional strategy for the example of three regions of Russia: the Far East and the Baikal region, St. Petersburg, the city of Sevastopol. The subject of the study is the possibility of scenario planning in the development of regional strategies. The research task was to identify the relationship of the scenarios used to build the development strategy and the goals and objectives of the strategy. The results of the analysis showed the scenarios "repeat" the strategic goals and objectives of the region.
