Improving the Planning Process Using the Basic Concepts of Integrated Planning

This paper describes a proposed study that will examine the construction of integrated planning processes in a new company on the market that products and realize sport apparel, footwear and accessories. Based on literature review, flow processes within the company, forecast for future period, individual interviews with supply chain director, corporate data of sales and growth factor of distribution network, recommendations for integrated planning and decision-tree will be offered aimed to increase effectiveness of the supply chain within Russian territory. The estimation of the quality of proposed solutions will be based on DuPont method. This article includes the following sections: introduction, literature review, methods, results anticipated, conclusion.
