The Problems of Transition from an Entrepreneurial to a Professional Organization

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is The Problems of Transition from an Entrepreneurial to a Professional Organization. Keywords: entrepreneurship, professional management, family business, organizational diagnostics, program of changes. The work consists of _ pages and includes the introduction, theoretical and practical chapters, conclusion. The purpose of this work is to develop an program of actions for the transition from an entrepreneurial to a professional organization. The object of the study is the Russian metallurgical company OOO PKF "Profstil"; the subject is transformation of the management system of organizations of small and medium-sized businesses in the transition from an entrepreneurial to a professional organization. In the research the following hypothesis is proved: the transition from entrepreneurial activity to professional management is possible only if the following conditions are fulfilled: 1. a clear separation of roles of the owner and manager; 2. training of the management team; 3. define and implement a clear and strict policy for family members who are not able to effectively perform management functions in the company. In the practical study, the organizational diagnostics of OOO PKF "Profstil" was developed, the problems of the enterprise were identified and analyzed. The result of the work was the program for introduction of changes for the company OOO PKF "Profstil", which includes 11 steps of business reorganization.
