Innovation Implementation in Public Organizations (on the Example of Implementation of the iMinec System in the Ministry of Economic Development of RF)
The innovation implementation is one of the most important activities of public sector organizations. The implementation of such activities not only increases the productivity of employees, but also contributes to the quality of public services and transparency of decision-making in the public sector. The theoretical part of the study allowed to identify barriers to the implementation of technical innovations in public organizations. Further, in the empirical part, the analysis of the features of iMinec system implementation in the Ministry of economic development of Russia was carried out. In the course of interviews with the Ministry staff, the necessary primary qualitative data were obtained. The main problems of this innovation were identified. Methodological recommendations to overcome these barriers were formulated.
