This work diploma work is devoted to the therm of socially unprotected precariat in modern Russia. The relevance of this topic can be explained by the large number of its representatives, while the obvious interaction between the municipal authorities and representatives of these groups in most cases is not observed. The task of this work is to analyze the interaction of municipal authorities with socially vulnerable groups of the population, which should be recognized as the precariat at the level of local provincial society from the position of the functions that should be performed by the municipal authorities to ensure the life of these groups of the local groups and the population as a whole.
