Relationship between School ICT Environment and the Level of IC-literacy of Students

This paper is devoted to the study of the relationship between ICT and ICT literacy. The paper poses the following questions: what factors and how does the nature of their use relate to the level of literacy? How will the change in these factors affect the level of ICT literacy? The study was conducted in 2017 and 2018, on a sample of 8th and 9th grade students and their teachers in the Novosibirsk region.
