Analysis of the System of State Regulation of Development of the Tourist Industry of the Kaliningrad Region

The work "examines the effectiveness of state regulation in the field of tourism development in the Kaliningrad region. The work is written on 75 pages. Consists 14 tables, 11 drawings (charts  and diagrams), 2 applications. The purpose of this work is to analyze the system of state regulation of the development of the tourism industry by the example of the Kaliningrad region. In this paper, were studied the theoretical foundations of state regulation of the development of the tourist industry: models, institutions and mechanisms of tourism management. The study analyzed the current situation of the tourism industry in Russia, and particularly, in the Kaliningrad region. The investigation in this paper demonstrated a positive relationship between the increase in the effectiveness of state policy in the sphere of tourism of the Kaliningrad region and the development of the tourist industry. The effectiveness of the State program "Tourism" of the Kaliningrad region was evaluated. According to the results of this research, recommendations on development the tourism industry in the Kaliningrad region are suggested. Also, possible mechanisms of public-private partnership in the field of development of domestic and inbound tourism, methods for increasing the efficiency of the main indicators of the development of the tourism sector were discovered.
