The Problem of Stimulating Staff in Public Sector Organizations

The present research project focuses on the question of motivation and incentivization of staff in the educational institutions of school type. This project aims to identify the existing problems in the field of stimulation of school teachers and administrators, to analyze the influence of the incentive schemes on the learning outcomes and to develop a range of recommendations for a necessary improvement of the incentive programs. Considering the theoretical and statistical data on the current tendencies in the processes of motivation and engagement, this paper introduces its own empirical evidence. The implementation of this research project results in the reconsideration of the actual incentive strategies in the educational institutes of school type and in the elaboration of the new solutions in the sphere of staff incentivization.
