Implementation of the Psychoanalytic Approach in Career Consultation on the Screenwriter the Playwright

The purpose of this research is to investigate the field of application of the psychoanalytic approach in career consultation. The theoretical objectives of the research are connected with the characteristics of conceptual and methodological foundations of career consultation and theoretical foundations of the organization of the psychoanalytic process as well as the analysis of the practice of application of the methods and tools of psychoanalytic diagnostics in career consultation. The practical part of my work is devoted to the development of “the road map” of career consultation of “a difficult client” based on the personalized case “Screenwriter-playwright”. As a result, “the road map” of career consulting of “a difficult client” has been developed, which includes psychoanalytic approaches in the comprehensive diagnostics of their personality and recommendations on organization of the consulting process, which would enable the client to advance in the solution of their career task. More specifically, a ranged of psychoanalytic diagnostic methods for the comprehensive personality assessment has been defined; psycho diagnostics has been developed and the results have been analyzed, the recommendations have been made to organize consultative process considering the results of psycho diagnostics and the particular characteristics of the professional identity of the client.
