Abstract The final qualification work is devoted to Research the possibility of using decentralized applications based on blockchain technology in telemedicine, and Development, according to the results of the study, the Information Security System for the Program for Monitoring Heart Rate, in order to ensure confidentiality, management and protection of the exchange of personal medical data. The work consists of Introduction, chapters and Conclusion. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, sets goals and objectives, defines the object and subject of research, describes the scientific novelty. In chapters outlines the way in which the blockchain technology may be used in terms of building the secured decentralized app over exciting telemedicine service. It dives into nuances, related to using the smart contracts as a main relationship manager; describe the issues, happened with decentralized apps, like consensus layer; and suggest the implementation of such decentralized storage system for keeping and passing personal patient’s history to the third party, like doctors. The conclusion is made about the practical significance of the work. Key words: blockchain, smart contracts, solidity, Javascript, health care, telemedicine, decentralized apps.
