Employees Satisfaction with a Work-life-balance in Company "Kelly Services"

Due to changes in the management of human resources, the work-life balance has become an interesting area for researchers and professionals working in HR departments. In the framework of this work, a survey was conducted on satisfaction with the work-life balance of Kelly Services employees. The main research methodology is the Graphic Scaling Method. The results showed that more than half of the participants do not consider themselves satisfied with the current work -life balance. After analyzing the results of the training was created to Kelly Services employees, aimed at analyzing the problems of the work -life balance, as well as to identify and work with the problem spheres of life. In general, the study showed that the work -life balance is an actual trend for modern organizations. Many foreign and Russian companies are implementing initiatives to work with this direction to improve the quality of life of their employees. This study confirmed the importance of such initiatives, and also showed that studying the relationship between satisfaction with the work -life balance and employee productivity can be an interesting direction for future research.
