Analysis of Consulting Markets of EAEU Member Countries: Rivalry, PEST-Factors and Workforce Potential

In current times Eurasian Economic Union member countries’ management consulting markets are characterized by high uncertainty which poses a threat on consulting companies and independent consultants. The aim of this paper is the provision of the analyzed general image of consulting markets of EAEU from the perspective of attractiveness which will be a “view from above”. The object of the study are the 5 management consulting markets: Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. The subject of the study is the significance of analyzed representation of rivalry, external factors and workforce potential of an industry. In the first chapter, the theoretical aspects of management consulting, workforce potential and instruments for market analysis are described. The second chapter is dedicated to the analysis and description of consulting markets of EAEU member states. In the third chapter, the ranking of attractiveness and its analysis are represented. As a result, paper offers some recommendations for current consulting firms and consulting firms planning to enter to one of EAEU countries, represented by key success factors for each country’s consulting market and ranking of attractiveness.
