Object - an Internet service that is viewed as a complex system of differently executed activities (technological, financial, production, organizational, commercial) that are closely interrelated in terms of resources, execution time, provided with the necessary documentation and aimed at achieving specific goals. The subject - the methods of project management in the process of bringing them to the market and subsequent commercialization The purpose of this work is to bring to the market a new Internet service "Moitrener.Pro" using the most appropriate modern project management techniques. The research was carried out by the method of analysis of articles and statistical resources, by the in-depth questioning of potential consumers. The method of desk research and comparative analysis was also used. The work stages the process of creating a start-up project using Scrum-methodology and research in the field of entrepreneurship The work will have high practical importance because the result will be a functioning micro-business with a large growth potential, a scalable business model, and an adaptive management system. Thus, this work can form the basis of further research on the management of start-ups area.
