Development of the Program of Work with Talents of the Company "Festa"

Theme of the diploma project: Development of the program of work with talents of the company Festa, and its goal is the development of a program to find and attract talents to the position of "Restaurant Manager" in the company "Festa Hall." In the introduction, the urgency of the chosen topic is substantiated, the goal and tasks of the research are formulated, the object, subject and methods of research are indicated. In relation to the goals and objectives of the final qualifying work, a detailed analysis of the existing processes of searching and attracting talented employees to the position of the Restaurant Manager is made. Proposals for the development of a program for finding and attracting talents to the organization were created on the basis of a theoretical analysis of implementation experience in various companies and conducted research within the Festa Hall, these factors justify the practical significance of the study.
