Design an Analytical System for Service Portfolio Management

Master's dissertation issue is “Design an information and analytical system for service portfolio management”. The objects of the study are the service catalog and the service portfolio management processes. The subject of the study is creation of the information and analytical system for the service portfolio management. The aim of the study is design the analytical system for the service portfolio management aimed at sustainable development of the organization in the long-term and mid-term perspectives by supporting the actual set of created and current services. The dissertation includes three chapters. The first chapter presents theoretical and key concepts of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) in the field of the service management. The second chapter focused on service portfolio and service catalog, contains a comparative analysis of the service portfolio management systems, and also describes the current processes of the service portfolio management in the company. The third chapter is devoted to design of the information and analytical system for the service portfolio management and includes the following sections: goals and objectives of the system, functional requirements for the system, object model of the system and description of user roles. The result of the final qualifying work is the developed information and analytical system for the service portfolio management that meet the requirements of the company. The dissertation includes 44 pages, 13 figures, 4 tables and 21 sources. Keywords: service portfolio, service catalog, IT Infrastructure Library, service strategy, information system.
