Gamification as a Tool for Training Personnel in the HoReCa Branch

Nowadays, many companies suppose a training as an ‘engine of progress’. The systematic approach to training management becomes indispensable for the organization's ability to thrive in modern conditions of the dynamic business environment. New shapes, patterns, and methods of teaching gain traction. The correct choice of such methods should involve 2 main functions of professional development: effective use of employee’s potential and his high level of motivation. This paper examines the notion of ‘gamification’ in terms of sales managers’ training. It has been proved that the utilization of such technology allows the training process to be more effective.
