Factors of Resistance to Organizational Changes

Many organizations are faced with resistance to organizational change nowadays. Changes introduced to the company due to the fact that it needs to adapt to the rapidly changing situation outside. Organizations must constantly make changes directly to their own activities. The purpose of the work is to study the factors of resistance to organizational changes. The methods that will be used in the work are theoretical analysis of literature on the topic of resistance to organizational change and empirical research - questionnaire, survey. The expected results of the study are the determination of the level and type of resistance, as well as the identification of factors that affect the resistance to change. Then a software program is developed to overcome resistance in the organization. The structure of the work will consist of an Introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of the used literature.
