The theme of the analysis of social efficiency of the investment project is chosen for a detailed study of the object existing in the developing sphere of investment activity. The subject of research is the social efficiency of the investment project " Manage energy!" The studied and considered methods of evaluation and analysis of social efficiency have different directions, depending on the scope of implementation of the investment project. As a result of writing the work, the goal was achieved-an analysis of the social efficiency of the investment project " Manage energy!"through the achievement of the set objectives.
