Impact of Burnout and System of Values of Employees on Conflicts Between Customers and Workers

The general aim is to formulate recommendations for companies for developing the conflict competence of employees. In the framework of this project the objectives are: identify the reasons for conflicts between employees and clients, explore real situations where the reason of conflict was the organization and employee. In this project the emphasis is not so much on how for the company to be client-oriented, but rather on how to reduce conflicts in relations between employees and clients of the company.
