The purpose of this article is the assessment of the impact of intellectual capital on the company's sustainable growth. The study provides a broad overview of methods for measuring both sustainable growth and IC. However, the main contribution of this master's study is a new model, developed in the framework of the study, to assess the impact of intellectual capital on the company's sustainable growth. In the course of the study, there was evidence of a stable, positive relationship between these two indicators. Moreover, it was revealed that stable growth positively correlates with the total return of shareholders. This fact indicates that not only business, as a separate structure, but also its owners are directly interested in the growth of the IC. At the final stage, the developed model has been tested on companies with different functional profiles, it has proved its applicability to companies from different sectors of the economy.
