Labour Productivity Determinants

The focus of this paper is labour productivity determinants. Despite the unavailability of data for labour productivity there is analysis for several proxy variables of labour productivity. Both macro (cross-country) and micro (individuals) levels of productivity are coverd in the paper. It also includes analysis of already conducted researches.
