This research work is devoted to the study of the possibility of applying the Enterprise Architecture concept for analyzing the company's business processes in the field of medical equipment service. Modern realities require the organization of any industry to build a very flexible, well-managed and ready to change management system. Companies need to do continuous improvements and be able to react immediately to the changes that occur to adapt and maintain the leading positions. Lack of well-established close interaction between business and IT, inefficient automation, lead to a decrease in expected returns, increased costs and loss of customers. The presence in the organization of the Enterprise Architecture, which enables rapid changes to improve the efficiency of the enterprise by changing both the individual components of the architecture and its holistic model, is a critical success factor necessary to maintain the competitiveness of the organization. The practical importance of this research work is that the concept of Enterprise Architecture considered in the first part is applied to analyze the effectiveness of existing business processes and identify the "bottleneck" of a particular organization. The study showed that optimization and improvement of medical equipment have a great practical importance, since maintaining this equipment in working order directly affects the quality of the examinations conducted and the safety of patients. Thus, one can see a direct correlation between the quality of the service and the level of the provision of medical services.
