Development of IT Support for the Selling of Theater Tickets

The purpose of this work is the processing and analysis of the database, with the subsequent presentation of the forecast in an explicit form. The analysis of existing solutions and packages was carried out, the best one was selected for a specific database. As a result of the above actions, it was possible to create an algorithm that allows in the streaming mode to clean the database from inconsistencies and get the trend and seasonal component for a long-term period. SPSS Modeller and Gretl were chosen as the main tools for the results of work, and the best forecasting algorithm was TramoSeats, which gives the best results and requires fewer settings.
