In this paper, automation of the activities of sales representatives is considered. On the example of the work of the representative of the pharmaceutical company, the features of the work are considered, in order to develop their own mobile application. The option to use side products is not suitable, because the customer does not trust other companies to store their data, hence the development of their own product. Due to the lack of open code for such solutions, the creation of a new development was chosen, and the restrictions imposed on the implementation require completely to refuse the paid dependencies in the mobile application. It is obvious that the implementation of a new application in a developed market should be based on the strengths and weaknesses of existing applications. In the course of the work the solutions were considered: MOBI-S, Agent Plus, ST Mobile Trade, OPTIMUM ASUMT. ST Mobile Trade outperforms competitors by the majority of parameters, however, it also has a high price. Moby-S and Agent Plus can boast 1C support. OPTIMUM ASUMT compensates for the absence of unique features at a low price. In the application being developed, native iOS-based frameworks are used, such as UIKit and CorePlot. In the developed first version of the application there is an opportunity to view the goods of the manufacturer and outlets on the map, and also send reports. In the next nearest version, it will be possible to search for objects, and then work will begin on improving the product.
