Legitimation Process in the Implementation of Telemedicine Services in Russia

The paper considers the processes taking place in the institutional field of the telemedicine services market in Russia. The mechanisms of adaptation of new organizational forms to the environment and legislative restrictions, isomorphism in new populations and strategies for solving problems of low cognitive and sociopolitical legitimation have been studied.
