Department Reporting Research and Academic Work Information System Design

Graduation qualification work is devoted to the design of an information system for the formation of teacher reporting at the Department of Information Technologies in Business at the Higher School of Economics - Perm, which would reduce the time spent by teachers on the formation and delivery of reports to the department. The object of the research is the process of forming the reports of teachers at the department on research and teaching and methodical work. The subject of the study is the automation of the formation of teacher reporting at the department for research and academic work. The aim of the work is to create a draft information system for the formation of reporting. The main part of the work contains 3 chapters. In 1 chapter of the work, the AS IS business process is simulated and its shortcomings are identified. Chapter 2 of the work develops requirements for the information system. In the third chapter, on the basis of requirements, TO BE business processes, an information system database and its user interface are designed. The work contains 33 pages (50, including applications), 14 illustrations (20, including applications). Completed in 2018. Department of Information Technologies in HSE - Perm.
